21 Day Fix is a program designed to be done within 21 days, and provide you with a simple method of portion control with easy to follow workouts that you could do multiple times if you wanted. Color coded containers help you portion your meals when you follow the included meal planner. Great for Women and Men who want to start light or need help getting on track, results are anywhere from 5 to 15lbs in the first month (changes depending on starting weight.).

Now for the workout I will be doing for the next 2 months. If you’re dedicated and you have the equipment ( links for that below if you don’t), you will see some amazing results with The Master’s Hammer and Chisel. This is a workout all about lifting, and controlling your body with the right amount of cardio. It also includes a set of portion control containers but trust me, you will be eating more than you think. And you will need it.

Required Equipment: Either a Pullup bar or Resistance bands with door attachment. And a Stability ball or weight bench. Weights (Or bands). I personally use a pullup bar,stability ball and dumbbells for this workout.
